My breakfast of champions
Started my morning off well with my favorite breakfast: 2 Whole grain pancakes and one of my homemade smoothies chalk full of blueberries, raspberries, cranberries, orange juice, yogurt, flax oil, chlorella, spirulina, wheat grass, bee pollen, and some protein powder. Wow, I love those! And always have a ton of energy after one.
After digesting for a bit I then did another long slow base-building treadmill run:

Did you sign up for an ironman now that you have completed the 70.3?

Nope, haven’t completed the 70.3 yet…first one is set for July 6th, 2008 at Lake Stevens! We’ll see how that goes before I sign up for a full ironman, but am hoping to do IMC in ‘09 if all goes well.
