Treadmill Run

It’s still frigidly cold outside and gets dark way too early these days, so back on the treadmill I go. This time I ran with a 1% incline because supposedly that is a better indication of running pace outside. Was another long slow low heart rate run….still working on an aerobic base. Getting antsy to go all out sometime! No races planned until March though when I will run the Mercer Island Half Marathon.
