Swim

After my swim today I decided to sign up for a swim clinic that focuses on technique and efficiency for triathletes.  I’m excited to start the class because the stinkin’ swim is by far my worst and my most frustrating leg of tri’s.  It’s 6 weeks beginning in Feb, and will be taught by Teresa Nelson, one of our local pro-triathletes.  Amy is joining me, so it should be fun!

Swimming is my worst leg of the tri as well. It seems so much easier in a pool and then stick me in open water and I loose all form.

Good luck with the clinic and let us know how it goes…I might need to look into one in my area.
