Treadmill run + weights
Nothing too exciting to write about….just logging the run & weights today. Planning to get a long run in on Saturday (12 miles?). Hopefully the weather will cooperate!

Hey Moe,
Thanks for the encouragement. Things are still going extremely well; I’ve lost a total of 12 pounds, bringing me to 190. Skinny boy is getting a little frustrated, but that’s because he doesn’t eat enough! The main thing I’m struggling with is updating my workout stats every night. Fridays are a good time for me to catch up, so as long as I don’t start getting a little absent minded, I’ll be good! As I get in better shape, you’re going to have to give me pointers on getting the endurance up; I would love to start doing longer duration activities.
