Intervals on the Trainer

It was soooo nice and sunny out today! Unfortunately, I was stuck working all day and wasn’t able to get outside for a ride. It was 6pm by the time I could do anything, so down to the basement I went for yet another ride on the trainer. I did large chainring intervals with the riser block to simulate hills. 10 sets of 2 min high intensity, slower cadence (70 rpm), followed by 2 min of high cadence (90-95 rpm) in the small chainring. It was a great muscle-burning workout that’s for sure!

Workout:

  • Type: Cycle
  • Date: 02/23/2008
  • Time: 18:00:00
  • Total Time: 00:45:00.00
  • Distance: 13 miles
  • Average Speed: 17.33 mph
