Swim Class

More drills and practice on technique.  I need to remind myself to keep my stroke wide enough and not cross over into the middle of my body!  Other than that I was told I have really good rotation and great high elbows.  :)  I also am working on not bending my knees as much on my wimpy little kick and keeping my head down all the time.  Lots to think about, but this class seems to be helping.  It is really nice to have someone giving you feedback because swimming is so technical.  Now let’s hope I’m actually getting faster too!  But then again I figure I can’t possibly get much worse, so it’s all good! :)
