Ok, so I’ve decided that it is really boring to just post my workouts when I don’t have time to write anything else.  So from here on out I won’t be posting each and every workout, but will include one here and there as long as I have something else to say!  All the workouts will still be logged, just not public.  Hopefully this will encourage me to actually “write” more interesting stuff!  :)

Had a good run outside today.  I’ve been crazy slammed busy with work so have had a really tough time this last week or so getting in the workouts.  I keep having to remind myself that I am doing this half ironman for FUN, and to not get stressed out if life gets in the way of training.  It’s ok!
