101-year old Marathon Runner!

Wow! That about sums it all up. I caught this article yesterday and thought I’d share it in case anyone needs a little dose of inspiration. 101-year old Buster Martin is training for the London Marathon in April. If he completes it, he will break the record for the oldest person to complete a marathon — shattering it by 8 years! He just finished a half marathon in 5 hrs 13 min. I love that he says if he finishes the full marathon, he’ll celebrate with a pint and a cigarette! :)

I guess the message here is “keep moving” throughout life and remember that age is simply a state of mind! Best of luck to you Buster!
