Ugh, it was all I could do today to just get out and slog through 6 miles.  I had hoped to do a long run today, but it just wasn’t in the cards.  I think my long ride yesterday coupled with this cold I’m desperately fighting off just wiped me out!  I’ll try again mid-week for a long run since I’m stuck working all weekend next weekend!

About Moe

I love to continually challenge myself both physically and mentally. I recently started doing triathlons and running races and am hooked! I started this blog to help motivate and keep me accountable as I trained for my first ever half ironman (70.3) triathlon.  I successfully accomplished that and now have my sights set on even bigger goals - That's right, the real deal here folks!  I'm registered for the 2009 Ironman Coeur d'Alene on June 21.  Oh boy, I think I've lost my mind! Please help motivate, encourage, and inspire me so I can make it to the finish line! In return, I can only hope that by writing about my journey I can help to inspire at least 1 other person to make the move to a healthier more active lifestyle....and to take on their own challenges in life....whatever they may be!
