Another barefooted run

Wow, I haven’t been very good at tracking my workouts at all lately!  yikes!  Too busy I guess!  Been doing some running both with shoes and no shoes, but really need to start back with the swimming and cycling.  Been loving the occasional trail run at Tiger or Cougar Mt though!  Way better than the streets of Seattle!  :)

About Moe

I love to continually challenge myself both physically and mentally. I recently started doing triathlons and running races and am hooked! I started this blog to help motivate and keep me accountable as I trained for my first ever half ironman (70.3) triathlon.  I successfully accomplished that and now have my sights set on even bigger goals - That's right, the real deal here folks!  I'm registered for the 2009 Ironman Coeur d'Alene on June 21.  Oh boy, I think I've lost my mind! Please help motivate, encourage, and inspire me so I can make it to the finish line! In return, I can only hope that by writing about my journey I can help to inspire at least 1 other person to make the move to a healthier more active lifestyle....and to take on their own challenges in life....whatever they may be!
